Problem instaling TFT Mobile

My smartphone have android 10/Q and have 29 API Level. My smartphone is the Redmi 9C. I can not install TFT from play store it says that its not compatible. If anyone can help, I will appreciate.

Never heard about that brand Redmi, maybe that is the problem
Some brands aren't compatible with the game. Even if your phone has all the requires

Anyway it's best for you send a ticket directly to the support, they can tell you what's going on

The brand os Xiaomi, not Redmi, but I just say Redmi I dont know why(its Xiaomi Redmi 9C the correct name of the smartphone). O really think its os a problem with some smartphones of the brand, but I will Open a ticket. Thanks
